    The Employer Branding and Internal Communication Specialist is responsible for building the company's image as an attractive employer (IT Employer of Choice). This is an integral part of the communication strategy to attract and retain talent.

    Your tasks:

    • Coordinate actions referring to the internal branding and communication strategy of the Technology Solution Centre in Warsaw
    • Align actions with other IT Hubs that are part of the Global Technology Solution Centre (India, China, Mexico)
    • Support IT product teams in developing a product vision and roadmap
    • Create a product communication and change management approach
    • During the product rollout, manage internal communication and marketing for the IT product
    • Support the global initiative aimed at improving internal customer satisfaction and fostering continuous improvement
    • Represent internal communication and marketing within the global Partner & Project Management team
    • Assist with employer branding activities for the Technology Solution Centre in Warsaw by utilizing external media, such as social media channels, the company website, and others.
    • Maintain and manage communication with all stakeholders via internal media channels such as the Intranet and newsletters
    • Enhance internal communication with employees through various internal media
    • Cooperate with the internal People and Organization team to support recruitment and development activities within the company
    • Support organization of integration events for employees
    • Promote the company’s initiatives among employees

    Our requirements: 

    • At least 3 years of work experience in a similar position (Employer Branding, Marketing, Communication)
    • Minimum bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Marketing or related disciplines
    • Experience in Employer Branding activities
    • Experience identifying process improvements and coordinating their implementation
    • Flexible thinker able to operate in a changing environment
    • Team player with very good communication skills
    • Fluent Business English (written and spoken is a MUST)
    • Experience in an international work environment
    • Understanding of IT projects and service management is beneficial
    • Open to work in a hybrid mode (office in Warsaw)
