Join our team as a Warehouse Team Leader!
We’re looking for a hands-on and motivated Warehouse Team Leader to join our fast-paced operation in Leixlip. You’ll lead by example, ensuring safety, quality, and performance targets are consistently met while supporting and developing your team.
Location: Leixlip, Kildare
Shift pattern: 7am–7pm and 7pm–7am rotating. You’ll work 4 days on, 4 days off, followed by 3 days on, 3 days off.
What will you be doing?
- Leading a team of Warehouse Operatives to achieve daily targets for picking, packing, and loading highly valuable and sensitive products.
- Overseeing all warehouse activities to maintain a safe working environment and ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Training, coaching, and motivating your team to meet performance standards and drive continuous improvement.
- Monitoring output and quality, resolving issues quickly to minimise disruption.
- Managing shift handovers and maintaining accurate records and reporting.
- Supporting the wider management team in driving operational excellence and process improvements.
About you:
- Proven experience in a warehouse environment with prior team leadership or supervisory experience.
- A strong focus on health & safety, quality, and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and fluent English.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude, approachable, and supportive of team development.
- Flexibility to work 4 on 4 off shift pattern.
- Full clean driver’s licence essential.
- Ideally, experience in a high-volume warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics environment.
